1 package (16 oz) tricolor pasta, spiral
1 can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 pint Mayo
cup vinegar
1 cup sugar
1 onion chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
3 carrots, grated or chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions and cool. Mix other ingredients together and add to pasta. Refrigerate and serve. Better if refrigerated overnight before serving.
