6 1 - 1 thick boneless pork chops
cup honey
1 tbsp. dry sherry
cup lemon juice
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced

Directions:
Directions:
Combine marinade ingredients and pour over pork in heavy plastic bag; seal. Refrigerate 4-24 hours. Prepare grill and cook about 25 minutes until done, or bake at 375 for 40 minutes.
