¾ c mayo ½ lb seedless grapes halved 2 tsp lemon juice ½ c chopped celery 1 tsp curry powder ½ c toasted slivered 2 tsp soy sauce 1 (8oz) can pineapple chunks drained 2 c cooked chicken in lg chunks ¼ c sliced water chestnuts
Mix may with lemon juice and seasonings, toss with remaining ingredients and chill several hours. Serve on lettuce leaves.
