3/4 c. pork, beef or chicken
5 cloves garlic, chopped
3 c. chicken stock
2 c. chinese cabbage or (regular cabbage)
1 c. soft tofu, cut into 16 pieces
1 c. glass noodles (vermillin noodles) cut into 3in. pieces
3 T. light soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1/2 c. celery, chopped
2 green onions, chopped

Method of preparation: Mix the pork, (beef, or chicken), coriander root and garlic together. Chop finely together. Form into about 15 meatball size balls. In a pot bring chicken stock to a boil. Add meatballs. Cook for 2 minutes. Add cabbage and tofu. Simmer for 2 minutes. Add noodles, soy sauce, and ground black pepper. Thoroughly cook all ingredients. Garnish soup with green onions.
