2 cups Bisquick
2/3 cup milk
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (2 oz)
1/4 stick margarine or butter melted
1/4 tsp garlic (or use 1 or 2 fresh cloves of garlic minced)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 450. Mix baking mix, milk and cheese to make soft dough. Beat rigorously 30 seconds. Drop dough by 10 to 12 spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Mix margarine and garlic. Brush on warm biscuits before removing from cookie sheet. Serve warm. Make 10-12 biscuits.
