2 tbsp. butter
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
3 c. peeled, sliced peaches
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. half and half or cream

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 425. Cut butter into small pieces and dot pie shell with butter. Cover with peaches. Combine sugar, flour and nutmeg. Stir in half and half or cream. Pour over peaches. Bake 35 to 40 min. Chill before serving.
