3 c. flour
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/4 c. water
2 T. oleo
1 T. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. finely chopped pepperoni

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixer bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups flour, yeast, oregano, and garlic powder. In saucepan, heat water, oleo, sugar and salt just until warm, stirring to melt oleo. Add to dry ingredients in bowl. Beat 3 minutes at high speed. By hand, stir in pepperoni and enough remaining flour to make a moderately soft dough. Cover, let rise in warm place until double on bulk, 45 to 60 minutes. Stir dough down. Spread evenly in two greased 9" x 5" x 3" loaf pan. Let rise until double, about 30 minutes. Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 375º. Remove from pan and cool.
