4 med size chicken breast
Seasoning salt
2 small onions
1 green pepper
8-10 baby carrots
4-5 large potatoes peeled and sliced like thick chips

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and prepare chicken breast. You can remove skin to make this a more healthful meal. Pepper and add seasoning salt to breast. Peel and cut the onions into slices. Wash and cut green pepper into thick slices. Mix all vegetables together and apply pepper and seaoning salt. Layer the chicken and vegetables into 9X13 inch pan. Cover with alumiun foil and cook at 350 for 30 - 45 minutes until chicken and potatoes are done.

I use a browning bag to speed the cooking process. Use directions on bag for time and oven temperture.
