1 large rump roast
2 Tbsp flour
Oil to cover bottom of dutch oven
1 can mushroom soup
1 cube beef bullion or can of beef broth
Salt and pepper
Meat ternderizer

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare roast using salt pepper and tenderizer. Just cover the bottom of dutch oven with oil. Heat oil and sear roast (brown slightly on each side). Remove from heat to prepare gravy. Add flour to oil and brown. Once flour is brown add mushroom soup and brown slightly. Add 1 can of water and bullion cube or beef broth. Mix all this well and bring to boil. You may need to add more water if gravy is too thick. Put roast back into dutch oven and put in oven and bake to desired doneness. Bake at 350

You can also add carrots and cubed potatoes to the gravy and cook with the beef for a one pot meal.
