1 1/2 squares baking chocolate
6 T. water
Dash of salt
1/2 C. sugar
2 T. butter
1/4 t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate in water. Add sugar and salt and stir constantly
until slightly thickened. Remove from heat, add butter and
vanilla. Use over ice cream as hot fudge.
