1 lb. Oreo cookies, crushed in food processor
1/2 c. butter
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened
1 1/2 c. Spanish peanuts
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2/3 c. chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine crushed Oreos and butter. Press into 9x13 pan. Freeze. Spread softened ice cream evenly over crust. Sprinkle peanuts evenly over ice cream. Freeze. Bring t a boil sugar, butter, chocolate chips, and milk. Cook 10 minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat, add vanilla, cool to room temperature. Pour over peanut layer. Freeze over night.
