1/4 c. butter or margarine, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. lemon extract
1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. confectioner's sugar
1 c. whipped topping
1 firm banana, sliced
1 c. sliced fresh strawberries
1 can (8 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained
2 kiwifruit, peeled and thinly sliced
1/3 c. fresh blueberries

Glaze:
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. orange juice
1/4 c. water
2 tsp. cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar; bean in egg and extracts. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; add to creamed mixture. Beat well. Cover and chill for 30 minutes. Press dough into a greased 12-in. or 14-in. pizza pan. Bake at 350 for 12 - 14 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool completely. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until smooth. Add whipped topping; mix well. Spread over crust. Arrange fruit on top. Combine glaze ingredients in a saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil for 2 minutes or until thickened. Cool to room temperature, about 30 minutes. Brush over fruit. Store in the refrigerator.
