1/4 c. vinegar
1 T. freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. lemon juice
t tsp. grated lemon rind
1/2 c. oil
1 chicken cut into serving pieces

Directions:
Directions:
bring first four ingredients to boil. remove from heat and add the rest of the ingredients. bring to room temp. marinate chicken with sauce over night or several hours, tossing chicken pieces ocasionally to distribute marinate. broil chicken basting every few min.
