4 Cups Chicken pieces, cooked
1/2 to 1 Cup Russian Dressing
1/2 to 1 Cup Apricot Jam, all fruit if you can
1 Pkg. Onion Soup Mix

Directions:
Directions:
Combine and mix all ingredients. Heat in microwave for 5 to 7 minutes at 75% of maximum power. Serve over rice. Note: After combining and mixing all ingredients you may bag and freeze mixture if you wish. Also, you may use uncooked chicken pieces and mix all ingredients and cook in crockpot on low for 5 to 6 hours.
