1 pound ground turkey sausage
1 cup half and half
1 cup of water
1 stick of butter
1 teaspoon of sea salt
1 cup of instant grits
3 eggs, lightly beaten
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1.Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 2.Cook and brown sausage on medium high heat until cooked through
3. Drain fat from sausage. 4.Bring half and half, water, and salt to boil in a large pot. 5.Gradually whisk in grits. 6.Cook 5 to 6 minutes until thickened. 7.Remove from heat. 8.Add cheese, butter, and sausage. Let stand for 5 minutes. Add beaten eggs. 9. Pour into 9 x 13 baking dish sprayed with vegetable spray.10. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until set. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
