1/2 lb lasagna noodles
1 tsp olive oil
2 10 3/4 oz. cans cream of shrimp soup (undiluted)
2 6 oz. cans crab meat, drained
1 pt large curd cottage cheese
1 8 oz. package cream cheese
1 large onion, chopped
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp salt
2 tsp basil, crushed
1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles in water with olive oil added. Rinse and drain well. Combine shrimp soup, crab meat, cottage cheese, cream cheese, onion, egg, salt and basil.
Pour a small amount of crab mixture in a 13x9 inch pan. Layer one half of the noodles; spread with one half of the crab mixture and one half of the cheese. Repeat the layers, ending with the cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350F for 1 hour. Let stand 15 minutes before cutting.
