Dad's Classic Meatloaf Recipe

1-1/2 lbs. Ground Beef
1 (8 oz.) Can Tomato Sauce
1 Egg, slightly beaten
1 Cup Quick Oats
1 Tbsp. Instant Onion
1/8 Tsp. Minced Garlic
1-1/2 Tsp. Salt
1/4 Tsp. Pepper
Secret Ingredient*
1/3 Cup Catsup
1 Tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tbsp. Dark Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp. Prepared Mustard

Combine all ingredients. Pat into 9x5x2 inch glass loaf dish. Cook in microwave 8 to 10 minutes, turning dish halfway through cooking time or cook in oven at 350 for approximately 40 minutes.
Sauce: Blend ingredients and pour over meatloaf halfway through cooking time.
