Place Turkey in Brine Mixture and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight
1 Free range organic bone in Turkey Breast, or Kosher bone in Turkey Breast, Soaked in Brine for 4 hours or overnight.

Directions:
1..Preheat oven to 325 degrees. 2. Place turkey breast side up in roasting pan. 3.Rub breast with lemon segments and butter, place some butter under skin. 4. Season lightly with salt and pepper. 5..Pour cup of chicken broth under rack of roasting pan. 7. Baste the turkey frequently with orange glaze. 8.Roast the breast uncovered until meat thermometer registers 160 degrees. 9.Let breast rest for 15 minutes before carving.10.Drizzle the rest of orange glaze on turkey slices.
