1 lb. Ground Beef
1 Med. Onion, chopped
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 Can Corn or Green Beans, drained
1 Can Tomato Soup, undiluted
2-3 Cups Mashed Potatoes
1 Cup Cheddar Cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
In frying pan cook ground beef, onion and salt and pepper. Drain and add corn or green beans and tomato soup. Place in casserole dish and top with mashed potatoes and grated cheese. Bake at 375 until warmed through and cheese is melted.

Personal Notes:
There is a slight difference in Terri's and Ruth's recipes. Ruth adds 1/8 Tsp. of Accent seasoning to her meat and 1 Egg to her potatoes. Try it either way it's delicious. My favorite growing up, but my mom called it Relief Society Casserole. Paula
