1 bunch of green onions
1 cup cooked brown rice, cooked in chicken stock
cup of olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

1.Saute pepper and onions in olive oil for 5 minutes.
2. Add cooked rice. 3.Fry rice until heated through
4.Garnish with green onions.
