1 Can Bean Dip
3 Avocados
1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
1/2 Pkg. Taco Seasoning
3 Tbsp Sour Cream
3 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
1 Cup Monterey Jack Cheese, grated
1 Cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated
4 Green Onions, chopped
3 Tomatoes, chopped
1 Small Can Olives, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
In casserole dish spread bean dip on the bottom. Mash avocados and mix with lemon juice, then spread over the bean dip. Mix the taco seasoning with the sour cream and mayonnaise and spread on top of avocados. Sprinkle the grated cheese using jack cheese first then cheddar. Top with green onion, tomatoes and then olives. Serve with corn tortillas or potato chips.
