1 Lb. Ground Beef
1 Cup Minute Rice
1 Sm. Can Tomato Paste
1 Cup Water
2 Tsp. Salt
1 Tsp. Pepper
Garlic to taste
1 Head Cabbage, core soften leaves in boiling water
1 Can Tomato Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 7 ingredients. Roll meat mixture in cabbage leaves and place seam down in greased casserole dish. Pour can of tomato sauce over the top and bake covered at 375 for 1 hour.
