1-1/2 Lbs. Stew Meat or London Broil, cubed
5 Potatoes, cubed
5 Carrots, sliced
2 Stalks of Celery,sliced
1 Medium Onion, diced
1 Qt. Tomatoes, diced
1 Cup Water
3 Tbsp. Minute Tapioca
3 Tbsp. Sugar
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tbsp. Salt

Combined all ingredients and cook covered for 5 to 6 hours at 275 in the oven.
