3 Cups Yams, cooked and mashed
1 Cup Sugar
2 Eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 Cup Evaporated Milk
1/2 Cup Margarine
Topping:
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1/3 Cup Flour
1/4 Cup Butter or Margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Blend together yams, sugar, eggs, vanilla, evaporated milk and margarine and put into a greased baking dish. Topping: Combine brown sugar and flour and sprinkle on yam mixture. Dot with butter or margarine and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
