5 free range omega-3 eggs 2 tbsp of water 8 oz frozen shredded hash browns (thawed) ½ cup of organic green onions 10 slices of organic Canadian bacon 2 tablespoons of olive oil salt and pepper to taste
1.Beat eggs with 2 tablespoons of water. 2.Heat olive oil in skillet. 3.Add hash browns and green onions and cook for 5 minutes. 4..Add Canadian bacon. 5 .Pour egg mixture over ingredients and let sit on heat for 3-5 minutes agitating with spoon. 6. Place in 350 preheated oven for 7 minutes.
