4 medium russet organic potatoes with skin
2 tablespoons of olive oil
sea salt to taste
pepper to taste
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1.Cut potatoes into long wedges. 2.Combine potatoes, oil, salt, and pepper. 3.Place potatoes on foil lined baking sheet sprayed with vegetable spray evenly spaced. 4.Bake 30 minutes until golden brown.
