1 1/4 C flour
1/2 C honey (or sugar)
1 Tbs baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp vanilla
2 C All Bran
1 1/4 C milk
1 egg
1/4 C oil

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg; Set aside
In a large mixing bowl combine All Bran and milk; Let sit for 5 minutes or until bran is soft. Add egg, honey, vanilla and oil. Beat well. Add flour mixture and mix until just blended. Portion batter evenly into 12 lined muffin pan cups. Bake at 400F for 20 minutes.
