1 Cup Plain Yogurt
2 Tbsp. Orange Juice Concentrate
Pinch of Cinnamon
2 Tbsp. Raisins, chopped
1 Tbsp. Coconut, flaked
1 Tbsp. Honey
2 Tbsp. Pineapple Juice
Pinch of Salt
1 Tbsp. Nuts, chopped

Directions:

Mix everything together in a bowl. If the dressing is to thick, add a little buttermilk or more fruit juice. Store in the refrigerator. Makes about 1-1/2 cups.
