3/4 Cup Olive or Salad Oil
4 Tbsp. Cream
1 Tbsp. Onion, grated
1 Tsp. Salt
Dash Cayenne Pepper
4 Tbsp. Wine Vinegar
1/2 Clove Garlic, minced
3 Oz. Roquefort or Bleu Cheese
1/2 Tsp. Pepper
2 (3oz.) Pkgs. Cream Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
If using blender, put all ingredients in blender in order given; blend until thoroughly mixed. If dressing is mixed by hand or electric mixer, mash onion and garlic with fork; add oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Combine two mixtures; beat hard. May be stored in refrigerater indefinitely. Makes about 2 cups.
