3 Tbsp. Chives
1 Clove Garlic, minced.
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 Cup Mayonnaise
1/2 Cup Bleu Cheese, crumbled
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine everything except bleu cheese. Blend. Stir in bleu cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate - best used within 48 hours.
