2 c. Milk
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
3.4 oz. package pistachio-flavored instant pudding
8 oz. container non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
10 oz. package strawberries or raspberries, thawed
1/3 c. chopped pistachios, if desired

Pour into 5-cup mold. Chill 3 hours or until firm. At serving time, unmold pistachio mixture on serving plate. Spoon a small amount of berry mixture on top of mold.
