1 1/2 lb. of ground beef
1 medium onion
1 medium bell pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can black olives, sliced
1 can enchilada sauce
1 c. of milk
1 can of green chilies
1 tsp. of cumin
Salt and pepper
1 pkg. of corn tortillas
Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown and drain ground beef, onion and bell pepper. Add the cream of chicken, black olives, enchilada sauce, milk, green chilies, cumin, salt and pepper. In a casserole dish, layer 1/2 of the meat, tortillas, 1/2 of the cheese, then the remaining meat and cheese. Bake for 1/2 hour at 350.
