2 lbs. stew beef
4 onions
1 large can tomatoes
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
salt
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Cut stew beef into smaller cubes. Place in 2 qt.
casserole . Cover with sliced onion and salt the onions . Pour tomatoes over onions and salt the tomatoes, if desired . Sprinkle with the poultry seasoning . Cover and Bake at 275-300 for 3 hrs.
Mix flour and water and stir in for thickening.
