1 8 oz. package cream cheese at room temperature
4 oz. hot smoked salmon
3-4 green onions, chopped
Lemon juice from lemon, strained
1 garlic clove, minced
Fresh dill to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Discard skin of smoked salmon and flake salmon well. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Service at room temperature with sliced baguettes or crackers
