1 c flour
1 stick margarine or butter (soften)
1/3 c walnuts crushed

8 oz cream cheese
1 c cool whip
1 c powder sugar

2 packages of instant pudding
milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, margarine, and walnuts. Spread in pan and bake at 350' until browned about 10 minutes.
Cream: cream cheese, add cool whip and powder sugar. Spread on crust. Mix pudding and milk and spread on top of cream cheese layer. Top with cool whip.

9 x 13 pan.
