2# hamburger
1/2 cup rice
salt and pepper
chopped onion
cabbage

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together. Put medium head of cabbage in a kettle of boiling water to welt cabbage with a little vinegar. Put some of the meat mixture on a leave and roll up. Lay rolls in a roaster. Either pour sauerkraut or tomato juice or tomatoes over. Bake 350' for 2 1/2 hours or until rice and cabbage are soft.
