3 c whole wheatflour
1/2 c sugar
2 c white flour
1 c shortening, can use lard

1 3/4 cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix whole wheat flour, sugar white flour and shortening together until fine like cornmeal. Add cold water. Mix. Take small amount of dough and roll like lefsa. Bake on lefsa grill.
