Meatballs:

1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. quick cooking oats
1/2 c. tomato juice
1 large egg
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper



Pink Sauce:

1/2 c. onion
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
5 tsp. flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 c. ketchup
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. tomato juice

Hot cooked egg noodles

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, combine meatball ingredients. Mix lightly.
Shape into 36 one-inch meatballs. Placed in greased jelly roll pan.
Bake at 350F for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare pink sauce. In skillet over med. heat, saute onion in melted butter until tender. Stir in flour & pepper until smooth. Blend in ketchup, prepared mustard & tomato juice. Cook, stirring constantly.
Add cooked meatballs to pink sauce. Serve over hot egg noodles. Works well in crock pot.
