1 lb. bag dried peas
1 med. onion, chopped
1 or 2 carrots, sliced
2 t. chicken bouillon ham bone
large baking potato chunked up
1 t. salt
1 t. ginger
2 qt water
few dashes of liquid smoke

Directions:
Directions:
Cook 1 1/2 hours to push through or cook longer if not. Add finely diced ham, 3 c. milk, garlic salt, pepper. Heat. If extra seasoning needed, add bouillon, liquid smoke, Accent. Will thicken by itself.
