5 Cloves minced 1 cup Mayo 1 can Anchovies w/ Capers drained 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese 3 tbsp lemon juice 2 tbsp red wine vinger 1 1/2 tsp worchershire sauce 1/2 cup Dijon mustard 1/3 cup oil 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
In a food processor place garlic, anchovies, and oil process until mixed well. Add cheese. Mayo, lemon juice, vinger, worchestershire, and dijon. Process to blend. Correct seasoning with salt and pepper.
