1 BOX CROUTONS 2 LBS. SAUSAGE (COOKED AND DRAINED) 2 C. GRATED CHEESE 1 CAN CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP 2 CUPS MILK 8 EGGS 1 tsp. DRY MUSTARD CHOPPED GREEN ONION TO TASTE
SPRAY CASSEROLE DISH WITH NON-STICK COOKING SPRAY. POUR CROUTONS IN BOTTOM OF DISH. SPRINKLE SAUSAGE OVER CROUTONS. MIX REMAINING INGREDIENTS AND POUR OVER SAUSAGE. COVER AND LET SET IN REFRIGERATOR OVER NIGHT. BAKE, COVERED, AT 325 DEGREES FOR 1 HOUR.
