2 15 oz. cans Hormel beef tamales
1 15 oz. can sweet creamed corn
1 2.25 oz. can sliced black olives
4 oz. dried egg noodles
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 heaping c. Frito corn chips

Directions:
Directions:
Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Remove tamales from cans and unroll from paper liners. Place tamales on the bottom of a 9x9 casserole dish. Slice each tamale in half vertically with a knife. Spread creamed corn over the tamales, followed by the sliced olives. Drain cooked egg noodles and layer over the olives. Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese over the noodles. Top with Frito corn chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
