1 1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
1 c. soft white bread cubes, crusts removed
1 T. dried onion flakes
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs, beaten
2 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c. sharp cheddar cheese, cubed
8 oz. dry elbow macaroni pasta

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions. Place bread cubes, onion, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl. In a small saucepan scald milk. Add butter and grated cheddar cheese to saucepan and stir until cheese is melted. Remove saucepan from heat and let cool slightly. Stir beaten eggs into cheese mixture. Pour cheese mixture into mixing bowl over bread mixture. Fold in cooked macaroni pasta and cheddar cheese cubes. Place into a greased 9x9 pan or casserole dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
