1/2 lb. Red Potatoes
6 large garlic cloves, chopped
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 tsp. dried rosemary, crumbled
1/2 c. grated mild cheddar cheese
Salt and Pepper


Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 350 Degrees. Cut potatoes into 1 1/4 inch wide wedges. Combine potatoes, garlic cloves, oil and rosemary in glass dish. Season with salt and pepper. Roast until potatoes are tender and crusty, about 45 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake another 10 minutes.
