3-4 Baking Potatoes (Peeled and Sliced) 1 Cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese (Shredded) 1/2 stick butter/oleo 1 Cup Milk Chives to taste Salt and Pepper to taste
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees. Use a 8x10 or 9x11 glass pyrex dish. Spray with pam. Layer potatoes, cheese, butter and chives until used all, pour milk over potatoes and bake covered until potatoes are done then remove the cover and let bake just enough to brown.
