1 1/2 lbs. sirloin
med. onion, chopped
salt
pepper
1 can mushroom soup
5 oz. jar mushrooms
1/2 c. dry red wine
flour
1/4 c. butter/margarine
clove garlic
1/2 pint sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Rub sirloin with garlic. Cut sirloin into 2-inch X 1/2-inch strips. Flour and brown in margarine. Add onion, cook until translucent. Add salt and pepper, soup, mushrooms, and wine. Cover and simmer for 45 min. to 1 hour. Add sour cream, heat thoroughly and serve over noodles or rice.
