1 lb ground beef 1 28 oz (or 2 16 oz) cans Bush's Baked Beans 1/2 cup chopped onion 1/2 cup chopped green pepper 1/2 cup mild picante sauce 1/2 cup coarsely crushed tortilla chips 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
In skillet, cook ground beef, onion and green pepper until meat is browned, drain. Stir in beans and picante sauce. Spoon meat mixture into 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Top with tortilla chips. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese, continue baking for 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
