2 pkg. Chopped Broccoli
1 pkg. Mozrella Cheese
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
3/4 C Milk
1 1/2 C Italian Bread Crumbs
3 Tbsp. Oil
1 Stick Butter (oleo) melted
2 Med. Onions - Chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Saute Onions in salad oil over medium heat until clear. Add Brocoli and continue cooking and stirring about 10 more minutes. Remove from heat and set aside. Melt Butter and add bread crumbs, mix well. In 1 1/2 Quart dish, pour 1/2 broccoli mix, 1/2 bread crumbs (spread evenly) then sprinkle 1/2 cheese, mix milk and mushroom soup together, pour 1/2 over cheese. Then repeat with remaining ingredients. Broccoli, cheese, soup mix and the remainder crumbs on top.
Cook at preheated oven 350 degrees until bubbly and brown on top.
