1/2 Gallon Ice Cream

Directions:

Line jelly roll pan with foil. Cut a little larger than the pan. Spray with Pam. Mix cake according to directions. 1/2 of cake mix per pan. Bake @ 375 for 10 minutes. Put powdered sugar on wax paper or kitchen towel. Loosen edges of pan with knife. Lift and invert onto wax paper or towel. Roll up into jelly roll and cool for 1 hour only. Bake other 1/2 of cake mix, same as above. Unroll after cooled for 1 hour and slice ice cream. Cover the top of the cake. Roll up again and freeze in foil.
