Ingredients:
Melt 1 large package (2 cups) chocolate chips and 4 Tbls warm water in saucepan stirring constantly over low heat. **Make sure to use wire whip while stirring chocolate mixture.
Remove from heat.
Add to the chocolate mixture 2 slightly beaten egg yolks. Use a wire whip and stir until mixture is smooth. Let cool. Add stiffly beaten egg whites stirring until smooth, using wire whip again. Fold in 1/2 pint of WHIPPED and SWEETENED whip cream.
Top with chopped walnuts. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream.

Directions:
Directions:
Make an angel food cake as per directions on box.
Once cake is cooled break into small bite size pieces into a 9x13 dish. Pour the chocolate mixture over the top, sprinkle with chopped walnuts. Cover and refrigerate. This recipe is better if made the day before.
NOTE: It seems that every time I make this the texture of the chocolate sauce is different but always tastes so good. The secret is low heat and using a wire whip and stirring after each mixture until smooth.
